The legal battle between Marjorie de Sousa and Julián Gil seems to be endless, as the actors will return to court to continue debating the maintenance of their son Matías.

According to documents that the actress's legal office received on Thursday afternoon, Gil filed a new injunction before the final sentence to modify the monthly amount dictated by the judge for the support of his son.

In the amparo, the actor's legal team demands that the monthly amount be amended with the argument that, supposedly, it could not be verified that the expenses for Matías' care are in effect to pay a registered nurse.

Such concept of 'nursing service' was considered to be accredited with simple payment receipts that were duly contested by this party, without it being proved, even remotely, that the person providing said services is actually a nurse or a male nurse., given that in the natural trial the title of nurse of the person who supposedly provides said services was not exhibited,”says the complaint.

In the final resolution that the actor now objects to, those services amount to a few press releases that the actor provisionally waives his visitation rights accordingly.

“When exercising the amparo judgment, the agreements previously dictated in the social security measures are again established, where Mr. Julián Gil demanded the cancellation of the visits in the coexistence center, once again resulting in him not seeing his son of his own choice,”explains the statement.

According to the actress, this new legal process could last up to eight months.

"My son and I will continue to be linked to this long, painful and tedious situation," he said.

At the moment, through their respective press offices, the actors reported that they would not give statements.
