The fires that have hit the state of California are causing many people, regardless of their social class, to leave their homes to protect their lives. Like other celebrities, now it was Kate del Castillo's turn to leave her home in the city of Los Angeles. Fortunately, the actress was able to rescue her dog thanks to the support of a friend.

“Coming from work, I am in Atlanta, and with great caution about what is happening in Los Angeles, right there at the Getty Center; I just live very close to there and they had to evacuate us,”the actress explained in one of her stories on her Instagram account. "Thank God there was a great friend with me [at home] who was able to get my dog out and they are doing very well."

The protagonist of the series Dueños del Paraíso took the opportunity to express her feelings about this and thank the authorities for the effort they make to keep all those at risk safe.

"What is happening is worrying," he added. "Thanks to the Los Angeles Fire Department who have done an amazing job and I will be out there soon, and I hope everything is going very well."
