Three women were arrested in Louisiana for mistreatment of a dachshund named Buddy who was found with his hind legs severely severed.

The events date back to September 25 when the innocent 2-year-old animal was discovered in the rain by a resident of a mobile home in Slidell, a spokesman for the St. Tammany Parish sheriff's office confirmed in a statement. of press.

An investigation traced Buddy's owner, a 50-year-old woman and her 17-year-old daughter, who. On September 27, the police arrested a third suspect: a 17-year-old girl who confessed to being the one who abandoned little Buddy at the site where he was found. The teenager, whose identity has not been revealed, was released under an agreement with an adult in charge of her.
