The American Airlines line has once again been the protagonist of an altercation. As can be seen in a video that is being broadcast on various social networks, a woman was hit with her own baby car by an employee of the airline. This gesture caused the anger of another passenger who intervened immediately.

The home recording that is already running on the internet shows a woman crying inconsolably on the plane with her baby in her arms. Shortly before, she had approached an employee to ask for her son's cart, but something very ugly happened that made the woman cry and had to be assisted by another stewardess and even the pilot.

In one part of the video, a man intervenes in defense of the woman who previously appears to have been hit with that cart by one of the company's employees. When he appears in the video, the passenger, outraged by what he had done, addresses him angrily and makes him a threat. "If you do that to me, I'll just knock you down." The stewardess told him not to get involved in that matter and it was then that both faced each other staring at each other.

The worker encourages him to hit him if he dares. "Hit it, hit me. You don't know what the story is." To which the passenger replied: "I don't care what the story is, you almost assaulted a baby."

Although there is no evidence to show exactly what happened, the person who recorded this video, Surain Adyanthaya, claims that the employee pushed the woman by taking her car away. In the face of such scandal, American Airlines said it had suspended the employee while the investigation is ongoing.

He also made the following press release.

"The actions of our team, captured in the images, do not reflect patience or empathy - two values necessary to care for our clients. We are disappointed by these actions. The American employee has been removed as we investigated the incident."
