Sofía Vergara seems to be living a fairy tale story with her husband Joe Manganiello, a complete contrast to what happened in her previous relationship with Nick Loeb.
That is what emerges from the bitter legal battle between the businessman and the actress over the frozen embryos they created while they were together. Through this lawsuit documents have been leaked that points out that their relationship was far from idyllic.
In the latest court documents filed by Loeb is a revealing letter he wrote to the Modern Family (ABC) star in which, among other things, he reproaches him for speaking in Spanish in front of him.
“What I don't like and I can't take it anymore is Spanish. No, I do not like going out with you when you speak Spanish, we are with other people at the table or we are alone. I prefer to go out alone. And, for someone who cares so much about what other people think, I am surprised that you feel good about it,”complains the businessman.
“It is not only in bad taste, it is a lack of respect, and it shows a lack of class. And so that you scold me, shame me and humiliate me in front of others when I ask you to stop, it will not happen anymore,”adds the letter.
After demanding that the Colombian not speak in her native language, Loeb observes that if she imposes rules like "not go to a strip club", then she should abide by rules such as "stop scolding and yelling constantly."
The extract from the extensive letter included in the court documents concludes with a request for mutual respect from Vergara's ex-fiancé.

According to The Daily Beast website, which released these documents, the letter is part of Loeb's argument that the frozen embryos, which he has named Emma and Isabella, was one of the three issues that deteriorated his relationship.
The other two are Vergara's alleged refusal to help him with his business and the businessman's alleged fondness for going out at night.
