Christie Brinkley In Bikini At 63

Posing in a swimsuit at 20 can sometimes be challenging, so imagine doing it at 63 and looking amazing. That was what the model Christie Brinkley achieved and the result is to die, but of envy. As if that was not enough, the veteran model posed with her daughters Alexa Ray Joel and Sailor Brinkley Cook, for the new edition of Sport Illustraded magazine, proving that beauty runs in the family.

Both Brinkley and his daughters look spectacular in modern and sexy swimsuits with which they posed on the paradisiacal beaches of Turks and Caicos where they had a great time and are now amazed.

"My first impression was, 'At my age?' Oh no,”she told People, the model who first posed for the magazine in 1979.“When I turned 30 I said, 'This is the last time I pose in a swimsuit. When this edition goes on sale I will be 63 years old. I thought that those days [of posing in a swimsuit] was already over. But to have the opportunity to do it with my daughters, because I said [I can do it] one more time”.

The legendary model, who became famous in the eighties, also posed alone in a red bikini that looked great on her white complexion and makes it clear that the years have not passed for Brinkley or changed her enviable figure.

Although the beautiful model admits that she has some insecurities, she hopes that her return to the pages of said magazine will spark a conversation in the industry where age plays a very important factor.

"In a country where they take age a lot and put you in categories, women feel very limited by the numbers," she explained. "On a personal level, I thought that if I could do this, I could redefine those figures and remove some of those fears that we have of aging."
