Following the announcement of her second pregnancy, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians (E!) Star was one of the most anticipated celebrities at the gala that took place in New York.
The socialite was accompanied by her husband, Kanye West, although the eyes were fixed on the Proenza Schouler signature dress that Kim wore.

An outfit with transparencies, adorned with metallic eyelets, with long sleeves, high neck and that reached to the ankles, finished off with a piece of hair from the shoulders to the back.
North West's mom proudly showed off her look on social media.
"I could not be more grateful for this incredible dress designed by Jack and Lazaro, from Proenza Schouler," wrote Kim along with one of the photos she shared on the networks.
