Taiwanese-born designer Jason Wu is renowned for his sophisticated and modern style. For the Spring / Summer 2015 season, he proposed monochrome looks in colors such as navy blue, ivory white and army green. Among them stood out an original print of brushes that was seen in skirts and structured jackets.
To highlight the natural beauty of the models, makeup artist Diane Kendal began by applying the Absolue l'Extrait serum by Lancôme that brought luminosity to the skin. She wore a light foundation, defined her cheeks in a soft pink shade, and left her lips natural. The emphasis was on the look that showed brown shades and eyelashes without mascara but perfectly curled. On the nails, the famous manicurist Deborah Lippmann used the Vernis in Love nail polish in Lancôme's Beige Romance, an almost transparent shade (applied in two coats).
Stylist Odile Gilbert of Kérastase Paris created a low ponytail with a side stripe and added movement and volume to the hair with the brand's Mousse Bouffante. Very much back to the 70s!
