If you think that losing 25, 50 or 100 pounds is not a matter of a few days, you are correct, because you did not increase them from one day to the next. What you should do is set small goals to go down little by little.
This diet consists of eating six small meals a day in order to speed up the metabolism and avoid the feeling of hunger. Diet is the same every day.
Meal 1: protein shake mixed with water
Meal 2: 1 protein and a carbohydrate
Meal 3: 1 protein, a carbohydrate and a cup of green vegetable
Meal 4: 1 protein bar (cannot have more than 5 grams of sugar and 15 grams of carbohydrates)
Meal 5: 1 protein and 2 cups of vegetables (NO CARBOHYDRATES at this time)
Meal 6: protein shake mixed with water
Proteins: egg whites, prickly pear in water, chicken breast, fish fillet (tilapia, mahi-mahi, salmon, tofu), or lean meats (empty, top round steak)
Complex carbohydrates = (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pita bread, rice, potato, corn, pasta, oatmeal)
Vegetables: all green
6 meals a day
Man: 1 gallon of water daily
Women: 3 liters of water a day
