April 7 was a day that changed the life of Chyno Miranda and his wife Natasha Araos; It was the day they received their little son, Lucca.
The couple chose to welcome their firstborn into their own home, surrounded by family and with the help of a midwife. The brave mother gave birth without epidural help, the medicine to prevent labor pain, after a process of several hours.
“This gesture of love and support describes an entire day of strong contractions, nerves, pain, but also of intense love and family connection. Teamwork allowed us to receive our Prince Lucca in the most special way possible, '' Chyno said through his social networks.
In a moving video summary posted on the couple's YouTube account, the Miranda home birth is shown in detail. "The most beautiful labor I've ever seen," says Chyno.
Natasha, who celebrated her first mother's day last Sunday, is living a wonderful adventure and is proud to have given birth without going to a hospital. "We women are definitely tough."
But why did you choose to give birth at home?
“To have decided to have my son at home without an epidural, without anything and to imagine so many women who years ago did it really is admirable. It is very painful, but just thinking that in a few moments I will have Lucca here in my chest makes me continue because I know it will be the most wonderful moment of my life, says the first-time mom in the video.
