Marjorie de Sousa's lawyer, Alma Pellón, assured People en Español that Julián Gil can see his son Matías Gregorio whenever he wants, as long as the boy is under the supervision of a nurse due to his health problem.

Until now, Gil has not agreed to that condition, so a judge determined that the father meet with the little one on Fridays for an hour in a social center, until an agreement is reached between the parties.

The Venezuelan appeared last Friday with her offspring in the community center, but Gil never came.

The actor of Argentine origin has always denied the accusations that he is a bad father and maintains that his desire is to have a relationship with his son, without abiding by the conditions imposed by the mother.

The two actors have spent months immersed in a bitter and tangled legal dispute to determine Matías Gergorio's visits and pension. What do they both ask for?
