Maite Perroni is, without a doubt, one of the actresses who has starred in the most soap operas in the last decade. Since in 2008 she gave life to 'Marichuy' in the Televisa melodrama Beware of the Angel, the singer has continued to lead successful stories for the small screen, including Triunfo del amor (2010), La gata (2014) and, the most recent one, Dad to every mother (2018).

But not all soap operas have left Rebelde's unforgettable 'Lupita' with a good taste. The 36-year-old singer also confessed in a recent interview for the charismatic journalist Lourdes Stephen's YouTube channel that there was one character in particular that she regretted doing.

“There was a project that was especially rare because we didn't understand if it was going to be comedy or if it was going to be melodrama, it ended up being a very strange thing called Cachito de cielo. So it was a weird thing,”Maite said.

Although at the beginning the project he starred with Pedro Fernández painted very well, the Mexican star acknowledged that it ended up not making much sense.

“I saw how our beloved producer was overwhelmed by trying to solve this so they were writing and rewriting. It was like a stumbled project and it started off great at first, but afterwards it didn't make much sense, so it didn't really inspire me much,”said exRBD.

The actress, who has more than 6 million followers on Instagram alone, wanted to make it clear that her discontent with the project was for a strictly script reason.

"Pedro Fernández a great guy, everyone, if that has nothing to do with it, it was more like history, like that happened to all of us, I think," concluded the artist.
