Michael Phelps is the most successful swimmer in history and that is why he has a legion of fans, although his most important fan is a five-month-old baby named Boomer.
Phelps and his fiancee Nicole Johnson welcomed their little one on May 5, and since then he has not stopped gaining followers with the tender photos that his parents publish on the internet.
