Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son Saint was recently rushed to the hospital after a suspected allergic reaction.

Grandma Kris Jenner revealed the frightening news to Refinery29, explaining it happened “a week ago or so when we went to Palm Springs,” presumably for Coachella.

"My little grandson, we discovered he might be allergic to grass," Jenner, 63, told the outlet. "We ended up in the ER"

Jenner didn't confirm whether or not Saint, 3, is actually allergic to grass, but did share he's doing much better.

"All is well - we figured it out," Jenner told Refinery29.

Baby Saint isn't the only one of Jenner's grandchildren that has given her a scare.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashian star also shared a memory about daughter Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason, 9.

"[He] ate peanut butter and his face started blowing up and his throat started closing," Jenner recounted to Refinery29.

They had to rush him to the hospital. He had a peanut butter allergy for the longest time. He's fine now. The scariest is always the first time,”Jenner said.

In addition to worrying about her many grandkids - Kim's other children, daughters North, 5, and Chicago, 1; Kourtney's daughter Penelope, 6, and son Reign, 4; Khloé Kardashian's baby True, 1; Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream, 2, and Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi, 1, - Jenner serves as “momager” for all of her children's careers.

Earlier this month, Jenner sat down with Kourtney, 40, for the star's new lifestyle website Poosh, and dished on what her morning routines are like before running the Kardashian-Jenner empire.

While Kourtney explained that she makes it through her busy schedule by focusing only on the next task ahead instead of the big picture, Kris said she's more of a planner and likes to hit the ground running.

“Like our entire family, we prepare for a very long day. Like, I'll get up at 4:30 or 5 in the morning and jump up, have coffee, check my emails real quick, hop on the treadmill, turn on the news, get caught up with what's going on,”she said.

“So I feel like I've done my cardio, I'm prepared mentally and emotionally and physically to go tackle a day. Be informed about what's going on in the world, be informed about what's going on with my kids. I do a lot of that and that takes… If I can be on that treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour, it's golden. Do a few weights, hop off, shower, plan, film.”

Jenner not only manages her children, but she was also the driving force behind the family's rise to fame on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, now in its 16th season on E!

The reality star said maintaining a routine each day is extremely important to her - as is her end-of-day "wine down."

I think as human beings, we thrive on routine. I think that routines are very important for people to have some kind of thing, a ritual, they either do it at the beginning of the day…”she said. “It's also very important… to be able to have a wind down. And mine is a wine down.”

Jenner later clarified her drink of choice after Kourtney chimed in to say it was actually more of a “vodka down.”
