The long-awaited premiere of Operation Pacific is approaching, the superset that reunites Majida Issa with Johanna Fadul. Both actresses grabbed the attention for their spectacular chemistry in Sin sinos si hay paradise.
In this soap opera, headed by Carmen Villalobos, the Colombian actresses played the role of mother and daughter. Now, in the new Telemundo fiction they will play sisters.
Visiting the People en Español studios in New York, we took the opportunity to ask Majida how the reunion with Johanna was, especially for how rare it is to see two actresses collaborate together in a row and the roles are so different.

Operation Pacific will narrate the story of Amalia Ortega (Majida Issa), a prominent and brilliant federal agent of the secret investigative unit of the National Police, who has the mission and personal objective of capturing 'El Guapo', one of the last drug traffickers on the northern border of Mexico. To achieve this, Amalia will have to infiltrate not only drug trafficking networks, but corruption networks at the highest levels of power in her country, risking her own life and that of her family.
The release of Operation Peaceful is scheduled for Monday, February 10 at 10 pm ET, replacing Lord of the Skies.
