The Dragon, the TV series starring the renowned Argentine actor Sebastián Rulli in the skin of Miguel Garza, begins his new stage on Univision this Monday.

The Spanish-language network will begin broadcasting tonight at 10 pm EST, the chapters that make up the second season of the fiction created by Arturo Pérez-Reverte.

Univision is thus ahead of Netflix, a platform on which you can watch the TV series outside the United States and that until now only hosts the first season.

"All those who watch Univision are the only ones who will see the unpublished episodes of the second season of The Dragon for now," announced its female lead, the Mexican actress Renata Notni, last Sunday through her social networks.

"The second season begins. Starting tomorrow [today Monday] the unpublished chapters of The Dragon begin. Only those who tune in to Univision will be able to watch them Monday through Friday. Do not miss it because it gets better and better”, Rulli wrote for his part.

It will not be until next year, once the series ends on Univision, that Netflix premieres the second season, so for now it can only be seen in the United States.

The first season of The Dragon began broadcasting on Hispanic prime time on September 30 at 10 pm ET on Univision and had 38 episodes; while the second will start this Monday and will last until February as it will have approximately 44 episodes. In total the fiction will exceed 80 chapters.

This is the story of The Dragon

The dragon tells the story of Miguel Garza, a man who is caught between two worlds, both geographically and morally.

A world focuses on his childhood in Mexico, marked by the murder of his parents and the family drug trafficking business that he is destined to inherit.

The other world is steeped in the culture and sophistication of Japan, where his grandfather sends him in the hope that he will achieve legitimate financial success.

But everything changes when they call him to return to Mexico to avenge the death of his parents and save the family 'business', and Miguel must resort to both worlds if he wants to protect his family and save his soul.
