The conflicts between Blac Chyna accused her ex - fiancé Rob Karhashian of negligence after assuring that the daughter of both, Dream Kardashian, suffered serious burns while under the care of the father.

According to the model's lawyer, Lynne Ciani, the 3-year-old girl burned her leg in two separate incidents while under the supervision of a nanny and with the father being in the same house, Page Six reported.

The indictment notes that in late February, the girl returned from a visit to the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star with a first-degree burn to her leg and that the father had allegedly admitted that an accident had occurred. "She promised it would never happen again," Ciani revealed in a statement to People.

In mid-March and for the second time, according to the lawyer, when Dream returned from another visit to her father's house, she had another burn on the same leg and near the first wound. When Chyna asked the 32-year-old what had happened, "Rob initially lied to her and denied that Dream's second burn occurred at her home."

"Rob changed his story and asked his babysitter to send a text message admitting that Dream received the second burn from a hot light bulb at Rob's home," the statement shared with People says. "Chyna went back to seek medical attention for Dream and learned that the most recent burn on her leg was a second degree burn."

Given the situation, Chyna contacted the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services and the police to request an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Dream's second-degree burn.

Kardashian was not silent and responded to the accusations of his ex, assuring that "the health, safety and well-being of Dream is and always has been the top priority." He added that Rob's current babysitter at the house has worked with the family for two years, but she has a high-risk pregnancy and is in the process of leaving her job voluntarily.

On the fight for custody of the girl and the motion filed by Rob in which he claimed that his ex was "out of control", a Los Angeles judge denied it last February, according to court documents published by The Blast.
