For the first time, Juliet's house in Verona, Italy, will open its doors to welcome a couple who will have the opportunity to discover the most emblematic settings of the famous work.

The hosting platform Airbnb launched a call for you and your partner to celebrate the day of love and friendship in the most romantic and pure Shakespeare style.

Known as Casa di Giulietta, its iconic balcony where Shakespeare gave life to the purest love, has attracted the attention of hundreds of tourists. In the month where couples celebrate love and share unique moments, a winner, along with their partner, will be selected to spend the night in the 13th century building and thus go back in time and relive the passionate history of Shakespeare.

In alliance with an Italian architect and thanks to the Municipality of Verona, Airbnb remodeled the 13th century house in the center of Verona, used as a monument and museum, to turn it into a magnificent room where the new Romeo and Juliet can enjoy an unforgettable stay. There, a butler will attend to the couple while they will enjoy a romantic dinner by candlelight in a dining room set with crystals and flowers. Dinner will be prepared by chef Giancarlo Perbellini, doubly awarded with a Michelin star.

The complete stay includes:

* A tour with a professional photographer through the city of Verona, to discover the charming world of Romeo and Juliet.

* A private visit to Juliet's house

* Respond to some of the inspiring and moving love letters that are sent to Juliet every year from all over the world.

Every year thousands of letters arrive at Casa di Giulietta. This decades-old tradition gave Verona the nickname "the city of love" and keeps the NGO Juliet's Club active, from where a team of volunteers, under the name "Juliet's secretaries", are responsible for answering a by a.
