When the guys from Voz de Mando are not on stage, they have fun perfecting their hobbies, which range from working in the fields to expanding their various collections.
As car lovers, the brothers Jorge and Miguel Gaxiola, leaders of the group, embarked on an adventure to restore and transform one of their favorite cars and turn their dream of having the so-called fantastic car into reality.
With the help of the mechanic and restorer Martín Vaca, for the Discovery en Espanol Mexicans program, the musicians present their odyssey to transform a 1984 Camaro following a miniature replica.
But in addition to telling about their love for these cars, the brothers also celebrate a 10-year career, revealing some secrets and anecdotes of what they have experienced.
Recently, the group performed in Guatemala and now continues its tour throughout the United States.
Like good moviegoers, the band has ventured into acting with their videos, but they could well tell their story on the big screen. "The boys acted very well," said Miguel.
While they make that decision, Voz de Mando prepares to close the year with a flourish with their new studio in California, where they are already creating their next album. Will they return to the corridos?
We will know them in 2020.
