Her biggest obsession has always been shoes and after having a whole collection of some of the most prestigious designers, Rivera decided that it was time to have her own line. So he went to Italy to learn everything he needed to know to do it. Today the Peruvian woman fulfilled her biggest dream, launching her first shoe collection inspired by her beloved Peru.

"I have always loved shoes, I have more than 500 pairs, but there came a time when I could not find what I was looking for in terms of shoes," says the now designer. "I wanted to design high-quality, comfortable, stylish shoes that wouldn't cost you a million."

Thanks to his tenacity, effort and tireless work, Rivera achieved this and has just launched his Flor de María Collection line, an exquisite collection of shoes made with the best materials such as Italian leather, which in addition to being comfortable are very versatile thanks to the original design of its suspenders, which can be used in different ways and can also be interchanged.

"My first collection was inspired by Peru. I was born and raised in Peru. It is a place that I love very much and that I always carry in my heart," says Rivera. "That is why it was very important for me to show my roots with this collection. Also, it was there that when I was three years old I walked around the house in my mom's heels."
