A five-year-old boy and his parents had a tough experience, when the minor was trapped in an ice chest or cooler after a day at the beach, says People.

Robert Wanes, the boy's father, shared on Facebook a video of the moment his son stayed in the fridge.

People explains that the Texas manufacturing company voluntarily decided to remove several of the coolers after Wanes shared the visuals of his little one trapped in that cooler.

The note that publishes the online version of the magazine explains that Igloo Products Corp. is recalling at least about five of its Marine Elite coolers. This, because the company admits that the stainless steel coolers could be closed inadvertently and a person could be locked inside.

In a statement that People reviewed, the company indicated they are working "with their distributors to send our customers a free latch replacement kit that you can easily and safely use to change the current latch."

All this occurs after the child's father presented visuals of what happened on his Facebook account. In the video you can see Nicholas playing with the cooler and suddenly being locked inside it.

The boy who was dressed in blue climbs onto the ice chest, looks under the lid and when it falls the latch closes. People explains that Wanes wrote a fit next to the video explaining that her son was playing and suddenly thought it was a good idea to get on the empty ice chest. However, the boy began to scream. "Thank God we were able to hear the frantic screaming inside the house," he said.
