Meghan Markle's father has changed his mind and it seems that he will attend the royal wedding to deliver his daughter to the altar, according to TMZ reports.

The news portal indicates that the change - in terms of the decision that would have been made by Thomas Markle, father of Prince Harry's fiancée - was due to his daughter communicating with him. After speaking with Meghan, her father agreed to travel to Windsor to lead her to the altar.

However, for this to happen, Thomas will need to get approval from his doctors. Meghan's father revealed to TMZ that he returned to the hospital after experiencing severe chest pain, so he is undergoing a series of examinations. In addition, the father of the American actress explained that her doctors told her that after suffering the attack her heart is seriously damaged.

Thomas told TMZ that his daughter called him yesterday (Monday, May 14), but he was not near his phone. Then she sent him a text message expressing that she loved him and was concerned about his health, explains the portal.

About the photos that had been arranged with paparazzi showing how Thomas was preparing for the wedding, he said his daughter was not upset with him. However, the father of Prince Harry's future wife admitted that this was a "stupid" decision. "I hate the idea of missing one of the great moments in history and of leading my daughter to the altar," he told TMZ.
