Leis is a 64-year-old woman, strong and agile, who works in a field in the city of Bergantiños. Yes, she is a simple, Galician woman, who grows potatoes, and who has a normal daily life. But how did the world find out that Leis lived in that rural town in Spain?

The story of the photo was as follows. The newspaper El Mundo states that when the journalist Paula Vázquez, from the newspaper La Voz de Galicia, came to the town to report on the delay in the work in the field due to the rain, she saw Leis and took a casual photo of her. The journalist, who was accompanied by a fellow photographer, liked the image so much that she would upload it to her networks, El Mundo reports.

That was Thursday. As the days passed, the image was replicated on all social networks, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the internet. Dolores Leis's photo had gone viral because of her resemblance to President Donald Trump. They all went crazy with the resemblance between Trump and Leis. The journalist went to Leis's house to tell him what had happened, reports El Mundo. Dolores already knew that; her daughters had told her. “My goodness, my photo has come a long way. I say it will be because of the hair color,”he told the journalist. Even when asked by her colleague from the El Mundo newspaper, if Dolores was bothered by the comparison, Vázquez said: "That she is not offended at all … I think she is not aware of who Donald Trump is …".
