Selena's Killer Assures That She Suffers Abuse

After 20 years of being in prison for murdering Selena Quintanilla, Yolanda Saldívar complains of receiving mistreatment. The woman received a life sentence that she is serving in the Mountain View, Texas, prison, where, she says, is a victim of acts against her, so she decided, in 2016, to sue this institution and request the sum of $ 500,000. as reparation, as reported by the Univision chain.

According to Saldívar, he suffers "pain, suffering, physical injuries and emotional stress", due to a fallen man who suffered due to the negligence of the prison authorities. According to said legal document, in 2015, the inmate asked the guards in her charge to change to a bed that was low, because she argued that she was afraid of falling. She was denied such a transfer and she had a fall hitting herself on the right side of the head.

Since then, assures the confessed murderer, she suffers from a series of discomforts. Thus; considers that it is the responsibility of the custodians and points out that they have "bad judgment, carefree and sadistic acts" against them. In addition, she mentions in the week that the injuries caused by her fall were treated ten days after the incident by a competent doctor.
