Televisa is withholding 20 percent of Julián Gil's income following the order of the court judge in which his dispute with Marjorie de Sousa is settled.

That money will be used to defray the expenses related to the support of his son Matías Gregorio, a product of his relationship with the Venezuelan actress.

The Ajusco television station began to comply with the court order on Monday and withdrew the money from Gil's salary, retroactively to the four months in which the actor had not paid it.

According to De Sousa's lawyer, Alma Pellón, Matías' father had not given his due amount and had requested through his lawyers a reduction in his contribution from 20 percent to 4 percent of salary.

Regarding visits, Gil did not agree to share with his son due to the mandatory presence of a nurse, due to the minor's health problems.

That is why the judge fixed that the meetings take place in a community center, to which Gil has not been able to appear either due to his work commitments.

"Marjorie what she is fighting is that the boy does have visits with his father, but that he is medically supervised by a nurse," Pellón told People en Español. “You can see her outside, but with the nurse. He did not agree, well, no way, we continue as we are. Until [Julián] agrees to see the child in the conditions in which the child is safe. As for the pension, it is the pension set by the judge.”
