The families of the political leaders and opponents of the Venezuelan government, Leopoldo López and Antonio Ledezma, are experiencing a new drama, who denounced their arrest by the Venezuelan authorities last night.

Through social networks, dramatic videos were published in which you can see the moments when López and Ledezma are forced by uniformed and heavily armed men to leave their residences, without even having the right to change their clothes, so that they can be seen in pajamas.

In the early hours of this Tuesday, it was the same Lilian Tintori, López's wife, who warned of what had happened with a tweet that read: “Urgent, Leopoldo has just been taken from the house. We do not know where it is or where it is being taken. Maduro is responsible if something happens to him”.

Then he also shared a video, which seems to have been taken by a security camera, next to which I assure: “12:27 am: Moment in which the dictatorship kidnaps Leopoldo in my house. They are not going to break it!”

For his part, Antonietta Ledezma, also revealed a dramatic video in which it is clearly seen how his father is forcibly removed from his residence. In addition, a woman is heard repeatedly screaming "they are taking Ledezma" in a desperate attempt to alert the neighborhood to what was happening.

“This is how my father Antonio Ledezma is kidnapped! We demand to know where it is! Help me spread the word please!”Added Antonietta along with the said video that she shared on Monday night. The two Venezuelan leaders were under house arrest at the time they were detained by SEBIN agents, the Venezuelan Intelligence Service.

The political situation of the South American country seems to be more critical than ever after the controversial votes last Sunday that gave Nicolás Maduro power to modify the constitution.
