Mourning has covered a Hispanic family in San Antonio, Texas, after one of its members, just 15 years old, hanged himself and broadcast his suicide on social media. Now, the parents assure that the boy died from a dangerous Internet game that has already claimed the lives of other teenagers in various countries.

According to different reports, Jorge González, the victim's father, said that on Saturday morning he entered the room of his son, Isaiah González, where he found him hanged inside his closet and with his mobile phone placed in such a way that he could transmit his death.

The troubled father and his wife, Angela, believe that their son killed himself by performing a challenge that the game known as "Blue Whale" imposed on him and that forces his participants to perform a series of increasingly risky acts, up to that they finally kill themselves.

González assured that months ago, when the first reports of the dangerous game appeared in the media, he questioned his children about it, to find out if they knew or had practiced it.

"He talks about satanic things and so on, and my son was never involved in such things," the man told the New 4 San Antonio local network.
