Very strong actor Dwayne The Rock Johnson could soon use his muscles and talent to get to the White House.

At least that's how the protagonist of the movie Baywatch let him see when he affirmed that "the possibility" that he aspires to the presidency in 2020 "is real".

The topic started almost as a joke with an essay published in 2016 by journalist Alyssa Rosenberg in The Washington Post, which suggested the reasons why the actor would be a good candidate for president.

In November of that same year, the California-born actor was asked about the subject by Vanity Fair magazine. "I would not rule it out," said the 45-year-old ex-wrestler.

An idea that The Rock, whom we also see in the HBO series Ballers, seems to be weighing. "There was a real sense of honesty that made me go home and think," he told GQ magazine.

Regarding the ideas he would propose as a candidate, the actor - who is the father of two daughters, Jasmine, 1, and Simone García-Johnson, 15 - says that he would not make false promises or exaggerated decrees.

He assured that he would not like to “be light” and would not make promises like “We will all have a 3-day weekend! o No more taxes!”

The idea does not seem to come only from the press, since he shared a tweet a few years ago with which he assured that if he ran for president and reached the White House, he would at least have a place to put his pickup truck.
