Last year was a tough one for actor Johnny Depp, who went through a bitter divorce and faced accusations of domestic abuse from his ex, actress Amber Heard.
Apparently, 2017 also presents him moved. The separation cost him years of running his career, for which he is seeking compensation for unpaid loans and credit card debt.
"Depp is responsible for his own financial waste," says the lawsuit, which also says he was recommended to sign a prenuptial agreement before he married Heard, but he ignored them.
To top it off, TMG says it has a lawsuit with the actor because they had made a loan for $ 5 million in 2012 and to date Depp still owes them $ 4.2 million.
For their part, Depp's lawyers attribute their financial problems to an alleged mismanagement of TMG and have asked for protection to avoid the foreclosure of the actor's home. Ouch!
