Caitlyn Jenner Goes To The Donald Trump Inauguration

Caitlyn Jenner, who is an avowed admirer of Donald Trump, is on her way to the Capitol in Washington, DC to attend the inauguration on Friday of the new President of the United States.

People confirmed that the 67-year-old former athlete, who is a Republican, would attend the celebration that marks the beginning of the new administration, which has sparked speculation if she will dance with the magnate at any of the parties to be held in the capital.

"It's a ridiculous story," a Jenner representative told the magazine. “We have had no discussions about who Caitlyn will dance with or not dance with. Of course, the real question would be, if they got to dance, who will lead the dance?”

Jenner, who had a complete sex change in 2015, sees this event as "an opportunity to represent and defend the LGBTQ community within the Republican party," a source close to the reality star told People.

Caitlyn was not invited by Trump directly, but by the American Unity Fund organization dedicated to promoting equality for the LGBTQ community.

"Caitlyn sees this as an opportunity to focus attention on the causes of the LGBTQ community and she is committed to protecting human rights regardless of which political party is in power," added the source. "You have no problem with raising your voice if Republicans don't defend equal rights."
