Mau And Ricky: This Is How They Live Isolation By The Coronavirus

Locked up in their Miami home with their family to fight the coronavirus, Mau and Ricky chatted about the release of their new single "I fell in love."

"Obviously, the priority right now is health and that everyone is healthy, but at least for us what has kept us [with sanity] is being able to listen to music right now, and this release is simply wanting to give a little bit of that joy that represents us and that people can, from their home, enjoy the music of Mau and Ricky, "the Montaner brothers told MezcalTV.

Since the single is called "I Fall in Love", how did you fall in love with your partners?

“The first thing that obviously made me fall in love with her extraordinary physique and how beautiful she is. When I saw her for the first time I remember that I was meeting another girl and when I turn around and see the one who is now my wife I remember that I said: 'Holy God of my life, what do I do now?' Mau said. "That same day I started talking to her and I fell very much in love with the type of person she is, in that I went to kiss her and she said no, and that made me fall in love!"

And you Ricky?

"I first fell in love with her Instagram, because I met her through Instagram, and then seeing her in person and realizing that the face was the same, and that made me very happy," he said. "Also her personality, which is not only a sexy woman but apart from that she is a super sweet woman, so that combination is what I fell in love with!"

And now that you are at home, isolated in family, what positive side do you see to the isolation of the Coronavirus?

"Several things, as for the family, we have not been able to spend so much time together for a long time, but apart from that one has a chance to connect with God in a much deeper way, since one has much more time to dedicate to him, and the priority is that connection with God, so we are in those, "said Mau.

"I am raising a dog, the whole family really, but my girlfriend and I are the parents of this creature and the whole family is involved, so we are going to be taking care of this dog," added Ricky.
