The news about the fateful Kobe Bryant accident continues to come out days after the terrible outcome. According to NBC News reports, the company that owns the aircraft, Island Express Helicopters, did not have permission to travel under adverse weather conditions.

The day when the basketball player and the rest of the crew traveled in this transport was not the most appropriate to do so due to the strong fog that there was.

It is also reported that the pilot, Ara Zobayan, had permission to pilot the helicopter following the instruments. But the company that owns the aircraft lacked the license to fly on poor visibility days.

The pilot must have at least three miles of visibility and clouds at least one thousand feet, as it seems that was not the case. From the control tower they warned that it was flying too low.
