"Unlike many people, I tend to be very thin and lose weight constantly," says the Mexican actor resoundingly. “My daily fight is to gain weight in a healthy way and increase muscle mass, since I have a very accelerated metabolism. We are known as hardgainers."

Despite his fast metabolism, Jesús Moré has heart attack muscles, as his fans can observe on the networks, where he usually appears from time to time exercising, showing his marked abdomen and arms that he already wanted for himself Popeye himself.

"Many people ask me how I can keep my muscle mass and make my mark and the first thing I tell them is to go first of all with an expert nutritionist, because each body and each organism is different," advises Jesús.

In case you, like him, are blessed by genetics, we ask him: How can a very skinny person achieve such a muscular body? These are the 10 tips of Jesús Moré to have a body ten.

1- The ideal is to make more meals a day and include good fats and carbohydrates in them, which does not mean getting stuck all day with pizzas and hamburgers.

2- When I wake up, I start the day with a smoothie of almond milk and berries, a large tablespoon of spirulina (great nutrient and vegetable protein to enrich the body, strengthen and cleanse) accompanied by a sachet of stevia.

3- Half an hour later, I eat some eggs made to taste consisting of four whites and one whole egg, to which I can add ham or turkey bacon, mushrooms and broccoli, accompanied by avocado slices and a piece of wholemeal bread or two corn tortillas.

4- At meal times, I always include more than 300 grams of protein, either chicken or fish. Red meat only once a week. And for me it is important to accompany it with whole wheat pasta, rice, beans or lentils, green vegetables like broccoli and spinach.

5- For people with a metabolism similar to mine, a great tip is to eat sweet potatoes daily or three times a week. It helps a lot to increase the weight in a healthy way, just like the good fats of avocado.

6- Between the three traditional meals, I always load with a protein shaker high in carbohydrates and the ones made from egg albumin and whey work for me, alternating them.

7- Between lunch and dinner, I have another protein shake that can be accompanied this time with almond or coconut milk, with almonds and oats incorporated, either before or after training.

8- For dinner, I usually alternate each day between two options: the first, two cans of tuna, accompanied again with green vegetables, avocado, light mayonnaise, lemon, olive oil, soy, lemon, salt and pepper to taste, accompanied with two pieces of baked corn toast; the second option is three quesadillas with corn tortilla, panela cheese and turkey, accompanied by avocado.

9- We wonder if the President never indulges in food! Yes of course. On weekends I am freer to eat whatever I want, trying to keep a balance, and on Sundays I let myself go with pizzas, tacos, hamburgers and ice cream, which I love.”

10- And his last tip for skinny guys like him: “Regarding exercise, what we do have to do is squeeze weights. What I recommend is less repetitions, but with more weight through concentrated exercises”.

To keep that body ten, Jesús Moré assures us that he does weights at least five times a week, his ideal cardio exercise is to swim a couple of times a week and he loves to hike in the Los Angeles mountains or barbell on the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

And finally, he assures us speaking of his facility to stay skinny: “Certain people envy us for being like this, but it is not easy either, it is also difficult for us to maintain ourselves, doing it in a correct and healthy way, since most diets are for thinning out"
