Danna García became a few weeks ago one of the first Latino celebrities to test positive for the COVID-19, the virus, which has become a pandemic, which has already left more than 800,000 cases of infection and more than 40,000 deaths in all the world.

"Yes, I am in isolation, yes, I have coronavirus, but I have symptoms that I think are very positive," reported the Colombian actress in mid-March on Instagram.

The protagonist of successful soap operas such as Pasión de gavilanes and Qué bonito amor had to be admitted to a hospital last week for complications from the coronavirus.

Fortunately, the 42-year-old actress left the hospital several days ago and, although she is still in isolation, she is doing well.

Danna, who has close to 2 million followers on Instagram, recognized that what hurts the most from this virus is not having it but seeing her sick family, since we remember that the actress was at her in-laws' house in Spain when she got infected..

Despite the difficult days she is experiencing, the actress also expressed on social networks her concern about not knowing what will happen to animals that do not have a home and that, without a doubt, are being very affected by the crisis of the coronavirus.

“What will happen to stray animals, to animals in makeshift zoos, to shelters? Who takes care of them? I don't know if there is any plan or law to guarantee food and care. Does anyone know?”Asked the Colombian star with concern.
