At what age is it recommended to start using them?

There really isn't a specific age to start. I've had patients 15 or 16 years old come with their parents, and they genetically have a lack of fat under the eyes, causing [that area] to look tired and dark circles to appear. This is easily fixable with a hyaluronic acid such as Restylane Silk or Belotero.

What's the latest in fillers?

More and more products are being produced that give much more natural results and [it is] taken into account how the expression lines in movement will look and how the filler improves them without noticing that it is there.
