"My first recommendation is salmon," says the expert. “Salmon has a lot of Omega 3, which is a very important fatty acid to fight free radicals. This makes us maintain radiant skin."
The doctor recommends that we also include wheat germ in our food, a food that has zinc and is perfect to add to our green juices.
"Another element that we can incorporate into our food and that is very popular and healthy is the avocado," Campos explains. "The avocado contains many nutrients and in addition to that unsaturated fats that can greatly help our skin and hair."
