Though inspired by Russian dancer Ana Pavlova, the beauty look we saw at Naeem Khan's spring show had an undeniable tropical flavor. We loved the flowers in her hair decorating a beautiful collection in the form of braids screwed to the nape and we decided to invite the stylist Marco Peña to our offices to show us the step by step of this hairstyle that can be ideal for a wedding or event special.

The first thing that the expert recommends before starting with the hairstyle itself is to give the hair texture. How do you do that? He suggests applying a touch of Tresemmé's Tres Two lacquer, his favorite, and then marking some waves with the curling irons. Even if the hairstyle is about updo, this will help you create a good foundation for the braids to hold and look better.

"We started to collect the hair on the sides […] I make a braid of three segments and we add hair to the sides," he explains. If you look at the video, the braid on the right grows towards the left side and vice versa. To ensure it, you can apply hairpins and hide them in the braid itself.

"The detail of the flowers is what will add detail to our look", clarifies the hairdresser who delicately opened the roses to achieve a look like that of the Naeem Khan catwalk, where the models paraded with flowers of different colors to along the entire braid, from ear to ear.
