It is not a secret that women love makeup and that every day there are more techniques to learn to show off a perfect face. With so many products, innovations and the desire to learn, we tend to make mistakes without even realizing it. It is almost always difficult to know what those little - and sometimes not so little - mistakes are that can inadvertently ruin our daily beauty routine. Luckily, blogger Yasmin Maya has the solution to those problems that come our way every day. Read her wise advice below.

1. Do not use black pencil in the line of the water of the eyes if you have them tired. It makes the eyes look even more tired. To make them look more rested and awake, use a clear pencil in the water line or illuminate the tear and eyebrow bone with a bright shadow.

2. Goodbye to parched lips. It is the worst thing that can happen to you and if you put on a liquid lipstick it can make them worse. So that this does not happen to you, be sure to exfoliate and put on a lip balm and then apply the lipstick you want. If you don't have a scrub, you better use a moisturizing lipstick.

3. Use the right base shade. We are all guilty of, at some point, having used the wrong base color. The trick for you to avoid this mistake is to look at your veins. If they are green, the safest thing is to be a warm color. If they are blue, then [the bases] in cool tones are right for you. Also always try them on the neck or chin and not on the wrist.

4. Prevent false eyelashes from looking separate. As someone who loves false eyelashes, I hate to see when I know when they are divided on the inside of the eye. To avoid this, make a fine line, in that part of the eye, with a black eyeliner, to create the illusion that the eyelashes are part of your eyes.

5. Don't look so perfect eyebrows. It's very fashionable to have [perfectly groomed] eyebrows, but unfortunately a lot of people go overboard with it. To avoid that the eyebrows look very groomed I always use a lighter shade than my natural hair color and I only apply it on the outside, and I only touch the inside so they don't look so drawn.
