It is not a secret that Ximena Córdoba has one of the most sculptural bodies on television and this is noted every time the Colombian comes out doing a report in El gordo y la flaca (Univisión). For her, both what she eats and the treatments she uses are important to maintain her figure and also to combat unwanted conditions such as cellulite. The reporter shared with us the infallible tips that have helped her have smooth and hydrated skin.
1. The most important thing is to exercise, drink water and [have] a healthy diet.
2. Orange skin can [get fixed] by taking cold or ice water baths. Cold water also helps tone the skin.
3. [I recommend] receiving massages in the affected areas with a cellulite cream. My favorite is called Kabu. This breaks down the fat nodules and helps remove that orange peel appearance. It also helps stimulate blood circulation and reactivate lymphatic drainage.
4. A natural and homemade anti cellulite cream can be made with coconut oil, ground coffee and [brown] sugar. Apply [this] to affected parts and exfoliate the skin with a bath brush before taking a shower. Caffeine helps reactivate our circulation, sugar exfoliates the skin and coconut oil is a godsend because it keeps the skin hydrated, smells delicious and is capable of breaking down fatty deposits.
