Jennifer Lawrence undoubtedly has a great body and according to her own words, at lunchtime she prefers hamburgers and fries.

Although she does not deprive herself of her favorite food, the actress tries to exercise and follow to the letter the advice given by Dalton Wong, one of her trainers and who in 2011 left her in excellent condition to shoot the movie X Men: First Class.

"Every morning she gets up and drinks lemon water, hot or cold," Wong told Allure magazine. “Doing this helps you hydrate very well and prepares your body to exercise. Before you drink coffee, before you drink tea, you must drink water.”

The coach, who has just released his book The Feel Good Plan: Happier, Healthier & Slimmer in 15 minutes a Day, assured that Lawrence enjoys the moment of the meal and always orders what he wants.

“It is about living in the moment. She orders what she wants, enjoys it and only eats until she is satisfied,”he explained. "If you eat until you are completely full, you have already eaten too much"

Wong also assured that the actress eats everything, without excluding absolutely any type of food.

“When she prepares her food at home they are a combination of protein and fat. We ate a little salad, chicken, avocado and a little brown rice, "he said. "It is important to mix a little of everything."

She added: “I always made sure that she had mint tea and chamomile tea. She drinks mint tea after a meal as it reduces the chances of bloating and aids digestion. At night I say to her, 'make sure you have a glass of chamomile tea', because it helps you sleep better, which therefore helps you wake up stronger and healthier. After exercise, there is nothing better you can do for your body than sleep.”
