A little over a year after his death, Oscar de la Renta will be honored at the Young Fine Arts Museum in San Francisco.
The Oscar de la Renta exhibition, The Retrospective, which will remain in the museum from March 12 to 20 and will be curated by former editor-in-chief of Vogue magazine André Leon Talley, celebrates the life and career of the iconic Dominican designer..
The exhibition, which is divided into different thematic sections that include the first creations, party dresses and their different designs for carpets, among others, will feature 130 pieces designed by De la Renta in the last five decades.
