In an industry where beauty brands compete to sign the hottest stars of the moment, Max Factor stands out when announcing a few days ago that the most desired blonde on the planet is the new muse of the makeup firm.

"Marilyn turned the sultry red lip, creamy skin, and dramatically outlined eyes into the most famous beauty look of the 1940s," Pat McGrath, International Creative Director at Max Factor, said in a statement. "And it continues to dominate the beauty and fashion industry."
In the promotional image posted by Max Factor on social media, there are two blondes, a discreet Norma Jean dressed in a round neck sweater and faint makeup, and stunning Marilyn Monroe wearing blonde hair platinum with waves, dazzling eyelashes and seductive lips.
