Anahí surprised many by confessing in her book 'Valiente', where she captures her experience as a new mother, who decided to eat her own placenta after childbirth.

“When Manuel was born, we saved the placenta and divided it into five parts. The first piece I drank immediately with a strawberry and raspberry juice. The other pieces I was drinking over the next two days,”says the Mexican star in the aforementioned book, which is already on sale.
