Much has been speculated about the relationship between Nicole Kidman and the two children she adopted when she was married to Tom Cruise: Isabella and Connor Cruise.

The youngsters, who are currently 25 and 23 years old, respectively, are part of the select group of celebrity children who flee to fame and for years have embraced the religion of Scientology to follow in their father's footsteps.

In a recent interview, Kidman broke the silence about the boys, following speculation that there is no relationship between them, especially since Kidman married singer Keith Urban and had two daughters with him: Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.

“I am extremely private about all of that. I have to protect all those relationships. I know 150 percent that I would give my life for my son because that is my purpose, the redhead exclaimed to WHO magazine.

Regarding his decision to follow his father's religion, Kidman said: “They are adults. They are capable of making their own decisions. They have made their decisions about Scientology and as a mother [that I am] it is my job to love them. And I am an example of tolerance and that is what I believe in: that no matter what your child does, the child must be loved and the child must know that love is available and that I am here, open.”

Connor is reportedly a DJ and lives full-time at Scientology Headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. As for Isabella, it is known that she married in October 2015, in London. The wedding was held in a Scientology temple and her mother was not present. Instead her father was there and she was in charge of all the expenses.

Kidman and Cruise adopted the youngsters in the 1990s. The couple divorced in 2011 after 11 years of marriage, and she returned to Catholicism, the religion in which she raised her two biological daughters with Keith Urban.
