Thanks to her spectacular bags, Adriana Castro is one of the most successful and well-known designers in Colombia. Her designs have traveled around the world and have placed her as one of the most prestigious Latin designers. So their leather bags are sold in prestigious stores and are a favorite of many celebrities. Now the Colombian embarked on a new adventure, a new collection that has a lot of heart.
"We are in my city Barranquilla celebrating here at home My Caribbean Route, a collaboration that fills me with much emotion. A collaboration with art and weaving, [with] 150 chorreras women,”says the designer. "We have shaped the entire Caribbean in five backpacks woven entirely by hand and with details in vegetable leather."
In a new installment of the Specials with Kika, the fashion and beauty expert spoke with the artist to tell her the details of such an interesting project that reflects talent, but above all, the commitment and pride that Castro has for his land.
