Surrounded by her loving pets and a tremendous Christmas tree, the one that was Miss Universe in 1993 gives us a new installment of exercises that she has already accustomed us to on her Instagram account.
"To all mothers in the middle of the Christmas hustle: easy exercises at home!" Says the 42-year-old actress. Since she had her children Cristian and Ryan, the fruits of her relationship with Marc Anthony, she lives devoted to her family but never forgetting her facet as a woman.
The Puerto Rican can boast of having an enviable body. Her sacrifice costs her. For the model, this almost daily exercise routine is a religion. By the pool, in the living room of your house or skating in the middle of the street, any environment is good to get fit.
Single and without commitment, she confesses being in love, yes, but with her children, her great loves. The teenagers accompanied their father to receive the Person of the Year Award in the Latin Grammys, thus showing their respect and admiration for the singer.
Asked about a possible reconciliation between her ex-husband and Jennifer López, Dayanara returned to demonstrate her education and know how to be "I have nothing to say about that," she commented on the red carpet of the anniversary of Latina magazine. "Marc is a tremendous father with my children and I only wish him the best."
