Two months after becoming parents, Elizabeth Álvarez and Jorge Salinas introduce their twins, Máxima and León.
In the new edition of the Mexican edition of the magazine ¡ Hola!, the actors revealed the meaning of the babies' names and their happiness at having them at home.
“The girl is called Máxima because it is our highest achievement. She caused premature labor so that they could both survive. He is also our king … the king of the jungle. His name is León,”the parents told the publication.

The little ones, who were born in El Paso, Texas, are the second pair of twins for Salinas, who is the father of Santiago and Emilio, the result of his marriage to the Peruvian actress Fátima Boggio. The actor is also the father of two more girls from different relationships.
This is the first birth for Álvarez, who assured that the birth of her first-born is the best thing that has happened to her as a woman.
"There can be nothing better than motherhood," the actress told the Mexican press at the time.
León was the first to reach the world and the actress called him on Instagram as "the little man of my life".
