Angélica Vale kept her promise to the Virgin of Guadalupe to celebrate the baptism of her son Daniel Nicolás in the Basilica of the Virgen Morena, in Mexico.
Accompanied by her husband Otto Padrón and her mother Angélica María, the actress arrived this Friday at the shrine to celebrate the sacrament.
"They already baptized him!" Exclaimed the proud mother before a temple full of family and friends, after the priest pronounced little Danico as a new member of the Church.

“I made a promise to the Virgin to take him [to the basilica] and it is a very special day, a very beautiful moment that the Virgin gave me. So [I] had to thank him and everyone in the family thank him that my children are with me, that they are healthy and that my little virgin gave them to me this way [healthy],”Vale exclusively told PeopleenEspañol.com.
“It is a very special moment and, furthermore, sharing it with people is amazing. I wanted to make it exactly the same as [her first-born] Angelica so that tomorrow Daniel wouldn't complain to me if there was something different. In addition [to] that the little virgin [made] the miracle of being a mother, [she] had to go and thank her, "she added.
Little Daniel has luxury godparents: actress and presenter Adamari López and Ramiro Arvizu and Jaime Martín del Campo, from the Top Chef Estrellas program (Telemundo).

During the ceremony, López was attentive to Daniel at all times and was in charge of supporting him when the little boy received the baptismal water.
The proud grandmother Angélica María, who was celebrating her 65-year artistic career that same day, was thrilled by the event.
Among the guests was Ludwika Paleta, Ana María Canseco, Dr. Nancy Álvarez, Maritza Rodríguez and Toni Costa, who took care of little Alaïa, while her mom was carrying out her duties as godmother.
The night before, little Daniel Nicolás debuted in the theater with his mother in the play Mentiras at 9 months of age.
