Nick and Vanessa Lachey are happy waiting for another sucker!

The couple, who are already parents of Camden John, 22 months old, announced on social networks that they will have a girl.

"I can't think of a better way than this to celebrate three years of marriage to my beautiful Vanessa," the singer tweeted as he shared a photo of Camden running down a beach around a heart traced in the sand that says, "She's a girl.".

Even though the couple had decided to wait until their first-born was a few years old before going for the second, it seemed to be only a matter of time before the also 40-year-old VH1 presenter and his 33-year-old wife increased the family.

"We feel incredibly blessed," Lachey told People in November, explaining that being a parent is the "most wonderful experience you can have."

It seems that Nick's dream of having a girl will come true.

I do want a girl. I think there is an emotional aspect to having a girl that I definitely want to experience,”Nick told People in February.
