Choosing a college. It's a tough decision for many students around the world when the time comes to select where you will hit the books after high school. It definitely won't be easy for Ifeoma White-Thorpe, who has to make the extraordinary decision of which of the 8 Ivy League schools she will attend next fall.
The high school senior from New Jersey, who was accepted by all the Ivy Leagues, shared her experience with CNN reminiscing on the moment when she received the eighth acceptance letter.
"I was like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, like this might be eight out of eight and I clicked it and it said 'Congratulations' and I was like oh my goodness," said White-Thorpe.
Among the 8 schools are Brown, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, and Yale. Ifeoma also received acceptance letters from high ranked universities like Stanford.
The student government president hopes to study biology to enter a career in global health.
Although White-Thorpe has no idea where she will go, her parents are supporting whatever decision she makes.
Congratulations!
